"My philosophy is to provide you with a structured training plan, accountability, perspective and belief.  We'll accomplish this through consistent communication and by educating you throughout the training process.  As we embark on this journey together our communication, individualized training plan, the principles you'll learn along the way as well as the consistency in training that these provide will give you the confidence to achieve your running goals."
